42' Trintella Sailboat

Location: Traverse City MI United States

Camelot has recently undergone a complete rebuild from 2000 – 2002 with every exterior surface having been completely renewed. From the bottom of her shoal keel and from stem cap to stern, no expense has been spared in the rebuilding of Camelot: Her decks have been stripped of teak, repaired, and finished with fiberglass and cream-colored non-skid. All deck hardware has been removed and rebedded. Much of the deck has been reinforced from the underneath, structure has been added to the sail locker hatch, and the windlass has been reset on a teak pad. The bottom was stripped, faired, sanded, and painted over barrier coat with Green CSC. The topsides have been faired and sanded before and between each of four coats of Flag Blue Awlgrip, and two coats of clear. The boot stripe, coach roof, and cockpit have been prepared and Awlgripped in Fleet white. The dodger, grab rail covers, bimini, connecting piece, binnacle cover, and jib and main sun covers have all been replaced with Sunbrella canvas in linen color. White cockpit cushions were added, and seven coats of Epifanes Varnish were applied to all bright work. Mechanical and electrical systems and rigging (running and standing) have been repaired and replaced as needed. Pumps, refrigeration compressor and motor, alternator, and some batteries are new. Camelot is a world-class yacht that looks and feels like new; a true head-turner.
