Hull & Deck
The COURAGE has a hand laid up fiberglass hull that is finished with Dark Green AWLGRIP and with white decks with cream-colored contrasting non-skid. The toerails are of the optional BRISTOL high-flared teak type. There are teak grab rails and teak brow pieces on the coach roof. There are double-rail stainless steel bow and stern pulpits with double lifelines on port & starboard sides. Boarding gates are provided port & starboard with double lines. There is an anchor chain locker on the Foredeck an extending folding stainless steel swim ladder aft, a new LEWMAR folding wheel, a custom teak cockpit table (with two extensions), (2) custom teak beverage holders mounted at the Binnacle, a custom teak and stainless steel outboard motor bracket, stainless steel hawses forward and aft, (2) stainless steel cowl vents with teak Dorade boxes and stainless steel guards, a teak cockpit grating, (2) cockpit lockers and a lazarette locker.

Accommodations & LayoutThe COURAGE has accommodations for (6) in (2) cabins; (2) on the "V" berth forward, (3) in the Main Salon on extending settee berths, and (1) on the Quarterberth aft. Light and ventilation are provided by (2) opening hatches, the Main Companionway hatch, (4) opening ports, (4) fixed portlights and (2) cowl vents with teak Dorade boxes that have stainless steel guards. The interior is satin-finished Brunzeel Mahogany with a gloss trim. COURAGE has a varnished hand-laid teak and solid ash inlay for sole.

Forward Cabin
Forward is the V-berth with filler piece. Storage is under the berth and over and outboard in mahogany lockers with ventilation provided by cane sections. There are four (4) lockers each both to port and starboard. The chain locker can be accessed from the Forward Cabin. There is an upholstered changing seat, hanging locker to starboard, an opening overhead BOMAR hatch, opening port, privacy door and en suite entrance to the Head.

Head
The private Head is located to port with a separate privacy door. There is a manually-operated marine toilet, vanity aft with storage under, hot and cold pressure water with hand-held shower, linen locker outboard, teak floor grate and an opening port. Further ventilation is provided by a stainless steel cowl vent with teak Dorade box topsides. The Head has been converted from a raw water intake to a fresh water intake. There was a new stainless steel holding tank installed in 2011.

Main Salon
The Main Salon is amidships with a hanging locker to starboard. A ship's clock and barometer are bulkhead-mounted to port. There are settee berths with extensions both port and starboard that extend to form double berths. There are lockers and book racks over both port and starboard settee berths. There is a centerline-mounted dining table with folding leaf, mahogany trays and glass holders and a wet storage locker outboard. Light and ventilation are provided by a stainless steel cowl vent with teak Dorade box, an opening overhead BOMAR hatch, two (2) opening ports and four (4) fixed portlights.

Galley
The "L"-shaped galley is aft to starboard. There is a SHIPMATE (3) burner gimbaled stove with oven. There is a storage locker over and outboard, a top-loading ice-box with ADLER-BARBOUR 12 VDC refrigeration. There is additional storage in locker above and outboard, knife holder at cabinet, deep double stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water and with storage under. Additional ambient lighting is provided by a fixed portlight.

Nav Station
The forward-facing Nav Station is located to port. It shares the seat of the Quarter berth directly aft. Forward is a mount for the chart plotter that can be moved from the cockpit and plugged in at the Nav Station. There is storage under the chart table and above & outboard in a locker with a shelf over. An additional fixed portlight provides more interior lighting
Aft Quarterberth
The Quarterberth is located aft to port of the Nav Station. The berth serves as a seat for the forward-facing Nav Station.
Rig, Rigging, Winches & Sails Rig & Rigging:
COURAGE has a white-painted aluminum spar with a single set of tapered spreaders that is stepped on the keel. Her boom is also white-painted aluminum. She has stainless steel wire rigging, a Factory custom-mounted HARKEN mainsheet traveler with 4:1 cross-haul system on the stainless steel traveler bridge that is deck-mounted just forward of the cabin hatch, outboard genoa tracks, SCHAEFFER blocks and HARKEN roller-furling.
