Strong and well cared for Pearson sloop. Clean boat, in nice order.  Hull # 159 of this popular design. ProFurl furling 130 genoa. Mainsail and jib. Keel stepped mast.   Lewmar ST  winches. Radar. Icom-402 VHF, Garmin GPS Map 192  Datamarine depth and speed. Shore power cord. All lines run to cockpit for ease of handling. Lazy jacks on main. Dodger with attachable sun shade. 

Yanmar 2 GM engine serviced professionally, including new freshwater pump, new raw water pump, belts.  

Fresh water tank replaced and increased to a 38 gallon capacity new tank, plus a secondary 28 gallon tank . 2017. All interior lights are LED.  Pressure water systems.10 gallon Raritan hotwater tank. Galley stove,  LPG aluminum tank in vented locker.

September 2018 accredited marine survey available upon request.
