Accommodations

The Sabre 28 has cruising accommodations for six in two cabins. There is standing headroom of 6' 0". In the comfortable forward cabin is a 6' 4" v-berth that converts with a filler to a double berth. Two deep drawers, two lockers, plus a full-length storage bin above each berth, provide excellent storage space. The head in the Sabre is equipped with a marine head with a large storage locker behind. A contemporary styled sink unit, teak towel rack, mirror, and toothbrush holder are all standard. The entire area is well-ventilated by a dorade vent and two opening ports. In the spacious main cabin are two 6' 4" berths with bolstered berth backs and storage lockers beneath, plus a quarterberth. The port berth will convert to a double. Above the berth backs are deep storage lockers and shelves.

The galley has a teak-trimmed formica countertop, a recessed two-burner CNG range, and a stainless steel sink. The large, well-insulated icebox has a shelf to store smaller items and overboard discharge pump. Galley storage includes four drawers, four lockers, a full length cabinet, and shelf. The built-in wastebasket and galley extension table are unique Sabre features.
