Pride of ownership is reflected in this Irwin Citation 31 and this is only the second owner.  It is clear upon looking that she has been extremely well taken care of her entire life.  The gelcoat is original and in excellent condition. The cove stripe area is slightly chaffed, but could be repainted. 

She is a high-performance racer or family cruiser. Sails are easily managed as all halyards and sheets lead to the rope clutches in the cockpit.
