 The Ron Holland Designed Ericson 36 is Sloop Rigged with a Spade Rudder and Keel Stepped Spar. The Construction is Hand Laminated One Piece Monocoque Hull with a Balsa Cored Fiberglass Deck. The Interior offers a Master Cabin which Included a Large V-Berth and 2 Hanging lockers, Navigation Station, Main Salon 2 Pilot Berths and a Large U-Shaped Galley. There is 7 Fixed Ports, 2 Deck Hatches and 6' 3" Headroom in the Main Salon.  The Keel was Removed in 2010 and Re Bedded along with Many Other Upgrades Since  2007. The Boat Needs a Few Finishing Touches to make Her a Great Boat.
