"Pelican" is a very updated, customized, and well-maintained 1981 Morgan 321 Sloop, designed by the re-known Naval Architect, Ted Brewer. Evolved from the well-respected M-381, you won't fined a better example of this clean and ready-to-cruise bluewater cruiser. She has a 4' draft with a skeg-hung rudder, keel-stepped mast, and a generous sail plan with halyards & control lines led aft to the cockpit, Lewmar self-tailing #40 2-speed primary and #16 ST secondary winches, plus a new windward sheeting Harken traveler system that makes Mainsail control easy for your petite first mate. Her deep & comfortable well-designed cockpit with two deep lazarette storage lockers, safe bridge-deck, new Garmin 740S Color GPS mounted in a Pod on the Edson Steering Pedestal, & Autopilot controls nearby, is nicely complemented by the wide side decks with varnished teak-capped bulwarks all around with high double lifelines to provide an extra margin of safety when on deck.

With a 11'6" beam, and 6'3" of headroom, the Morgan 321 has a spacious & flexible varnished teak interior with a salon bulkhead mounted multi-folding varnished teak dinette table, two long and wide Settees/Berths at mid-ship with custom varnished teak cabinetry & storage behind, an unusually wide V-Berth with filler and 4 storage lockers below plus a hanging locker, a large private head with vanity & sink, custom cabinetry and LED lighting, plus an upgraded U-shaped galley with plenty of storage, large SS sink with H/C Pressure water, 12V refrigeration, new 2-burner stove & microwave.
