"Pelican" is a very updated, customized, and well-maintained 1981 Morgan 321 Sloop, designed by the re-known Naval Architect, Ted Brewer. She has a 4' draft with a skeg-hung rudder, keel-stepped mast, and a generous sail plan with halyards & control lines led aft to the cockpit, Lewmar self-tailing #40 2-speed primary and #16 ST secondary winches, plus a new windward sheeting Harken traveler system that makes Mainsail control easy for your petite first mate. Her deep & comfortable well-designed cockpit with two deep lazarette storage lockers, safe bridge-deck, new Garmin 740S Color GPS mounted in a Pod on the Edson Steering Pedestal, & Autopilot controls nearby, is nicely complemented by the wide side decks with varnished teak-capped bulwarks all around with high double lifelines to provide an extra margin of safety when on deck.
