From Gib Sea's first design phase, the 31 by Jacques Fauroux was introduced in 1979. Inside the quiet elegant hull she had seven berths in fore and aft double cabins and a three-berth saloon. The galley was modest. She had the three-keel options and was a sharp performer with the deep fin.
