Owner is retiring from boating and must sell this well kept house. “The other womanâ€? has had both main engines completely rebuilt by a pro and all the way down to the manifolds/Risers. The engines shine and are evident of a well maintained vessel. Generator was rebuilt at the same time as the engines on 10/2002 and have been run only to maintain. They have less than 25 hours on total package. This 1979 42' Gibson with extended pilot house has been decorated and priced to sell. Equipment: TV antenna, depth sounder, VHF radio, AM/FM CD cassette, Inverter system of 2.5 kw also included w./ 6 batteries and can run theboat for 8 hours without the gen or shore power, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, hot water heater, air conditioning x2 with heat, 6.5 KW Onan generator, battery charger, battery switch, dockside power w/shore cord, fully contained head w/shower, bimini top, bridge cover, life jackets, davits lift with west marine hard-bottom dinghy and 4hp johnson outboard, anchor, fenders, mooring lines, swim platform, bottom paint just completed. This is a very nice boat rare find on the gulf coast in the price range for a ton of fun and full family capabilities. She can sleep up to 10 with comfort or stay private for a couple looking to get away.
Broker remarks: this boat is straight forward and priced correctly, install a few new fabric up-grades and maybe a new sofa and she would be a great second home on the water. All mechanicals are in top condition. Elderly owner that purchased her from tennessee and brought her down himself and has pride in how he has maintained the mechanicals. She is a nice boat.
