Accommodations
Classic Albin trawler layout forward v-berth stateroom, saloon dinette that converts into a bunk and the aft stateroom. All cushions were replaced a few years ago and look like new.
Upgrades
ALI'S ARK is a second owner boat. The first owner had the boat for 15 years and only put 200 hours the engine. Current owner has maintained the trawler to a very high standard. Windows have all been pulled, re-caulked and reinstalled due to some leakage. The windows have not leaked since. Around the windows in the saloon has been covered with tongue and grove teak that actually looks better than the original finish.
The parquet sole has recently been refinished. Cushions have been replaced and look like new. New countertops in the galley as well as a new fridge. The teak trim on the outside has been finished in Sikkens. The Teak decks have never been cleaned with harsh teak cleaners and are in great condition. The bimini top is like new. The bottom has been striped very recently and built up with five coats of barrier coat. The bottom paint is a ablative type .

The galley is in great shape with new countertops and new fridge. With tons of storage space as well. Ready to do some extended cruising.
