Accommodations.
The vessel is actually built of all fine modern materials: Polymer, Kevlar, and composite with the inside hull ‘Armature’ built of stainless steel 880 with galvanized outer-layer
½ X ½ inch cable layered inside the hull and built to scantling specifications by the Dartmouth Shipbuilders of Pillar Point Yard south of San Francisco.
From the open wheel with electronics in a forward wooden locker, the flush deck with non-skid has several hatches built of ‘African Mahogany’ masts partnered through deck rings down to the keel which is ballasted with 14 tons of lead.
A ten-foot ladder descends down the companionway leading into the main saloon with ‘U’ shaped red-velvet sofa seating on the port to starboard is the second modern ‘Electrasan’ head which empties into the center holding tank.
Aft is the master stateroom with a private enclosed head, mansion-sized bathing tub, and queen-sized berth.
Forward down three steps on starboard is the second head with a marble counter and blue ceramic basin atop, the small bar is close by here.
To port is the ‘U-shaped galley with an opening to Main Saloon to pass tea and food.
Starboard is a second guest stateroom with three berths, port two more bunk-berths
Three more in a third guest stateroom all singles with another forward starboard a double berth To port forward and last is a thick door that leads into the boson’s locker with tools, spares, and a small shop.
Extras: Kenwood stereo kdcx 303 with 4 X 1000 AMP 18” bass speakers, two tweeters, Bluetooth with USB ports; all new and modern system professionally installed.
Two X ‘Survitec’ ocean master 20-person A pack Silas USCG approved liferafts with hydrostatic releases and a six-man hard Achilles.
The Watermaker has been ordered and will be installed; added to the report.
Two 120-volt LG air-conditioners are working aboard as well.
There is a 60” Hisense ‘Smart TV’ above the sofa in the main saloon and each stateroom has a flat-screen TV with a DVD player for guests.

Sails & Rigging
Masts inspected at deck level, solid new spars. All yard arms, spars, and gaffs were inspected in the shop along with new galvanize 1 X 19 cable, all new New England lines, ropes, and blocks for complete rigging of the vessel; all new.
Spars were all Oregon White pine, newly built, boiled in linseed oil, gum turpentine, and thickly covered by pine tar for a protective full coat on all spars and masts.
