   1977 35' ERICSON MKII

Ericson  35' sailboat, great for live aboard or racing. Cabin is very open with a comfortable layout, roomy cockpit. She is sea kindly in heavier wind, preferring 15-18kts; however, moves easily in the typical San Diego light wind conditions. Great starter boat or an easy move up from smaller vessel. Perfect for live aboard, day/weekend sail, island trips or extended cruising.

Galley has 3 burner propane stove with oven, new refrigerator/freezer. Salon has beautiful wood slats that surround new naughahide cushions, a beautiful hand made inlaid convertible table that can be used in salon or cockpit. All 10 ports have been cleaned and resealed.
