Interior teak is done throughout in a light and inviting finish with teak and holly sole. The nine opening ports and two large overhead hatches provide exceptional light and ventilation. The forward stateroom is a V-berth with continuous teak cabinets port and starboard. An open shelf above the cabinets provides additional storage. There is a chain locker forward, large hanging locker to starboard and a full head with shower to port. V-berth and head have teak privacy doors. The main salon has a large U-shaped dinette to port that converts to a double berth. New cushions and fabric 2000. Teak cabinet and open shelves are outboard. To starboard is a pilot berth with a drawing settee underneath. There is ample storage under the berth. Overhead is a beautiful butterfly hatch with glass. Continuing starboard aft is a well-designed nav station with a 60-inch wide chart table with two large chart drawers and additional cabinets below. A quarter berth follows. The U-shaped galley is to port. Engine access is through the quarter berth, through the removable companionway steps and front engine cover, and through the lazarette to the back of the engine.

Additional Salesperson's RemarksThis vessel was purchased in Seattle in 2000. Since then the owners took the boat to San Francisco and just recently completed a short trip to Mexico. Their vacation is over and the vessel is available in San Diego. The previous owner completed a re-fit including a new engine, new rigging and other items showing as ââ?¬Å?new in 2000ââ?¬ï¿½ in the listing information. The current owner had the bottom painted in March 2004 at the Berkeley Marine Center, installed new house batteries, added the Kenwood CD/AM-FM stereo system with remote, a Force 10 propane grill and upgraded the fuel filtration with dual Racors with a vacuum gauge.
Neverland is nicely equipped and appears ready to continue cruising.
