Accommodations & Layout
Malulani is configured for serious offshore safety and comfort. All the way forward is a huge water tight compartment with room for all sails, lines, anchor chain, dinghy accessories, fenders and all other potentially salty items. The forward hull has been strengthened with collision matting for an additional margin of safety from holing. There is a proper water-tight door between this area and the head as well as a large hatch over for easy access from the foredeck. It is easy to deploy and take down your spinnaker or any other large light air head sail by utilizing this hatch.

Aft of the forepeak storage is the enclosed head. Across from the head itself is built-in tool box with several drawers. A large chart drawer over this ingenious tool storage ensures your charts are easily accessed. Aft of the head is the salon with pilot berths port and starboard with two straight settees port and starboard as well. Lee cloths attach to the pilot berths and to strong attachment points on the cabin overhead. A bulkhead salon table folds up and out of the way when not in use. Befitting an offshore-capable cruiser, there is voluminous storage under and outboard of the settees for your gear. Throughout Malulani are large opening bronze ports.

The galley is next aft to port with a new two burner Broadwater stove and oven that has never been used, stainless sink and manual fresh water. The forward facing nav station is across from the galley with large chart table.

The original owner commissioned and finished Malulani. Her interior joinery is top rate ââ?¬â?? better than the factory-built interiors.
