When you approach Stratum X (Ten), you will first notice her hallmark mahogany transom constructed of 100 year old schooner planking. Boarding her via a custom aluminum floating ladder, you walk forward along the ample side side deck with stainless handrails to the forward deck. Looking around you see escape hatch,padded seating for 3 along the forward end of the cabin trunk, deck lockers, stainless bow rails fender racks, pulpit with roller chock, heavy Danforth, and swivel plow anchor along with a windlass. Walking aft, you notice lifelines with stanchions well secured to the teak capped toe rails and gates, port and starboard. Enter the large enclosed lower helm station furnished with rattan seating and tables, custom carpet, shades and drapery, Panasonic TV and U-Line icemaker/refrigerator. The lower helm controls consist of radar, GPS plotter, radios, haler hand held GPS, satellite transceiver, closed circuit TV with aft camera, auto pilot and thruster controls.The covered sailing dinghy hangs from fixed davits from this deck also.
Ascending a 5 step teak and SS ladder to the upper bridge deck reveals padded dual helm seats and padded bench seat to starboard and aft. Bridge is fully enclosed with green Sunbrella and isinglass. Through the lower helm and down three carpeted steps you enter a beautifully restored main salon with custom furnishings and carpeting, italian fixtures and indirect lighting, built-in TV/CD entertainment center. All built-ins and ample stowage are located behind push to open mahogany panels. The electrical panel has been renovated to state of the art yacht quality. Continuing forward to the custom galley discloses U-line refrigerator freezer. Panasonic convection/microwave combo oven, Gaggenau glass top cooktop, Westinghouse dishwasher, custom stainless tri-compartment sink with Biacnco fixtures and wet trash disposal container all surrounded by granite on both counter and tabletop. Stowage includes large "lazy susan" corner cabinet, under-oven pot drawer, under tabletop flatware drawer, plus All designed seamlessly to establish clean lines and a spacious feel in an abundance of beautiful mahogany cabinetry creating a gourmet chef's delight. Forward, the V-berth cabin contains a double deck to port and a single berth to starboard over carpeted deck. Forward is th head with a vacu-flush toilet. Aft of the main salon and down 3 steps in the owner's spacious stateroom. The cabin has been beautifully restored with African mahogany. An oversized single berth on both port and starboard flank an 8 drawer desk/vanity along transom. Along the port side are ample built-in drawers, clothes hamper and lighted hanging locker and TV. Adjacent to the hamper a Bendix washer/dryer has been cleverly hidden. The ensuite head to starboard is beautiful mahogany with granite vanity top, sit-down shower, vacu-flush toilet and ample cabinetry. This boat has been renovated to custom yacht quality.
