34' Hunter 34 Cruising Sailboat

ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:
The cockpit is t-shaped with wrap around coamings, a cockpit table, and a hot/cold shower. Pedestal steering with engine controls and a lighted compass make sailing easy. Below is a comfortable main cabin with plenty of room also in the forward and aft cabins. The cabins have several opening ports which allow for great ventilation and light below. The nav station with chart table light helps with easy boat navigation and organization. Two full hanging lockers offer plenty of storage space.

GALLEY:
The galley holds a stainless steel sink with a hot/cold pressure water system, a two burner stove with oven, icebox, and Formica countertops. 65 gallon freshwater tank.

HEAD:
The fully enclosed head is only one year old and has a mirror and vanity, pressure water, shower and a macerator.

ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:
Electronic equipment includes a depth finder, knot meter, VHF radio, a television w/ Dantenna, CD player, and Sirius satellite radio.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
“Broad Reach” has reverse cycle air conditioning. The electrical system includes a dual 12-volt battery switch, European running lights, an automatic bilge pump, 110 volt dockside power, 2-gel house batteries, inverter, hot water heater, and multiple AC outlets throughout the cabin.

SAILS & RIGGING:
Sails and rigging inventory includes mainsheet with Jiffy reefing system and stopper, mainsheet traveler, roller furling jib, and 2-two speed self tailing winches.

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS:
The engine is a freshwater cooled, Yanmar diesel. High output alternator. 25 gallon fuel tank.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT:
Safety equipment on board includes life jackets and a throwable Jim Buoy. There are two anchors; a Bruce and a Danforth with an extra 35’ chain on each anchor.

CANVAS AND OTHER EXTRAS:
Extras include a bimini, deck wash, and cockpit cushions.
An 8’6” dinghy with a new Honda motor is also included. Stainless steel davits.
