32' Catalina 320 Cruising

ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: This popular and proven Catalina design features a two berth cabin layout with private v-berth in the bow, a large salon to starboard, galley to port, head aft to starboard and a generous private aft berth with full door closure and lots of storage. The salon area features the comfortable Catalina factory blue interior cushion selection. Throughout the cabin is excellent ventilation with many opening ports that also give a very bright atmosphere with lots of natural light. Cabin window curtains for privacy and screens for each hatch are included. A spacious and well laid out main salon has great seating around the dining table while a settee on the port side also doubles for the nav station seat. You can further enjoy your time aboard in comfort with the installed air conditioning (reverse cycle heat) with ducting to all cabins. The main focal point below decks is the salon and generous galley, it all compliments a comfortable and very functional spacious cockpit layout for this cruiser.

GALLEY: The galley is located to port and is home to a stainless steel sink, Corian countertops, pressure hot and cold water, built in Samsung microwave, large top loading Adler Barbour refrigeration, built in waste bin, 50 gallon freshwater tank is forward under the v-berth, Hillerange LPG propane double burner stove with oven and enough storage space for gourmet cooking.

HEAD(S): The Catalina 320 features a single wet-head design with hot and cold pressure shower/faucet combination. The 22 gallon holding tank and 6 gallon hot water heater are other great features. The shower drain also has separate 12v shower sump pump for grey water.

ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT: At the helm of Sea Ya are a pair of Raymarine ST-60 knot and depth meters, Ritchie binnacle compass, Raymarine ST-60 wind instrument and Raymarine ST-4000 wheel mounted autopilot. The navigation station is located in the salon area to port with access to the complete electronics panel, VHF radio, Sony AM/FM CD player. “Sea Ya” also features cockpit/salon speakers, tank gauges, volt meter and lots of cabin lighting throughout. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: 12-volt DC and 110 AC controls, two house batteries and starting battery located under salon storage, automatic bilge pump, dockside power with shore power cord, separate AC line in for air conditioning and a battery charger complete the electrics.

SAILS & RIGGING: This 320 has the cruiser in mind with the traditional batten mainsail with Dutchman flaking system and 135% furling genoa. “Sea Ya” also comes with a spinnaker halyard and cruising spinnaker sail. The genoa has a grey UV cover and mainsail cover that match the grey bimini and pedestal cover. All lines led aft to the cockpit for easy single handing with deck mounted jib tracks led aft to winches in cockpit combing. A total of four Lewmar self-tailing winches for all the controls are fed by two sets of line stoppers, the mainsheet traveler is mounted to the cabin top with easily accessible control lines to help the helmsman and crew when sailing shorthanded.

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS: A powerful inboard diesel Yanmar boasting 27 HP helps get this boat moving and 19 gallon fuel tank to keep you going.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Anchor with chain and line, life jackets and throwable included, fire extinguisher and stainless steel lifelines will be onboard for your adventures. Automatic fire suppression system for engine compartment is standard and a welcome safety feature. An automatic bilge pump, manual backup bilge pump, and emergency tiller further round out the safety gear.

CANVAS AND OTHER MISC: Custom grey bimini with matching mainsail cover, and UV cover on the headsail, all combine to provide protection and amazing coverage from the sun and elements while under sail or at the dock. “Sea Ya” has been properly maintained and well cared and this is evident in the overall condition of the yacht.
