50' VIKING 50 Motor Yacht

VESSEL WALKTHROUGH:
3 stateroom, galley up, walk-in engine room, dinette, large flybridge with
lounge table and seating. Starboard engine is new; port engine has zero time
since rebuild. This is a very clean boat that has had little use.

MASTER STATEROOM:
Master stateroom is aft and full width of the yacht. There is a complete
entertainment center with TV, VCR, stereo. Access to stateroom is via a
spiral staircase in the aft salon. Ensuite head and shower, lots of hanging
locker space. Beautiful teak trim.

VIP STATEROOM:
VIP stateroom is midships with, double bed, ensuite head and shower.
Complete entertainment center.

GUEST STATEROOM:
Guest stateroom is forward with over/under berths, ensuite head shower.

MAIN SALON:
Salon is full width of the yacht. All furnishings are new as of 2002.
Entertainment center with
27" TV, VCR, CD player, Stereo, DSS TV receiver, new levelor blinds, L shape
lounge, barrel chair.

DINETTE AREA:
The large dinette is located on the port side, opposite the lower station,
forward of the galley.

GALLEY/LAUNDRY:
Galley is up, just aft of the lower station. Equipped with Frigidare side by
side refrigerator,
4 burner cook top, Whirlpool dishwasher, microwave oven, instant hot water
faucet, washer dryer located at bottom of stairs.

FLYBRIDGE:
Flyridge has full electronics, radar arch, bimini top, table and seating,
davit for dinghy, three helm chairs.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
20 KW Onan generator in sound shield with 1100 hours, battery charger, 3000
watt Heart Inverter.

ENGINE AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT:
Port engine has just been rebuilt with zero time, Starboard engine was
replaced in 2002 and has about 70 hours. Engine room is full width of the
boat giving easy access to all mechanical systems. Complete set of engine
gauges on aft bulkhead, Dahl fuel gauges, Cruiseair airconditioning systems,
fuel panel with fuel primers, fuel transfer pumps, Halon fire extingusher
system, hot water heater.  Engine room is very clean.
