BMW D-7 diesel engine, transmission and muffler were removed 9/04. Engine reportedly seized. Engine, transmisson and muffler in storage and available to new owner. Rebuilt engine has been located in Canada. Diesel mechanic quoted $6000 to purchase the rebuilt engine and install.
