The Catalina 30 is the single most available 30 footer on the market having been in production since 1973. No boatbuilder has offered more boat for the price than Catalina. She is inexpensive but superbly functional. "MAGIC" has Hot & Cold pressure water with a new hot water tank in '98; Hillerange 2 burner alcohol stove; three 12V batteries; 110 AC w/GFI and 50' cable; battery charger; new cockpit cushions and brown dodger. Sails are Main; 100% jib; 150% genoa with telescoping whisker pole and mainsheet traveler on coachroof. Electric head new in '97, withholding tank and Y-valve. Tiller steering.
