This is the last Bristol 39 built! Her hull looks like new with a white awlgrip job done several years ago, and the Perkins diesel has been completely rebuilt, and has about 2 hrs on it since it was reinstalled. This Ted Hood designed sloop is awaiting a new owner who appreciates a classic!

Accommodations
ALIZE has been very well cared for by her past owners, and celebrated her 30th birthday by having her engine removed and totally rebuilt for a $10,000 present to the next owner. She has accomodations for six in two cabins. Forward is the V berth with a center dressing seat/filler cushion. There is ample storage in side compartments and drawers in the pedestal. To starboard are two large hanging lockers into the main salon and a 5-drawer bureau. A separate entrance into the portside head directly from the V berth allows for additional privacy for this roomy stateroom. The head, also accessible from the main salon, has ten drawers for storage and two shelf compartments for linens. Finish is Herreshoff style with white and teak trim. There is a teak grate for the shower and brass towel rods and light fixtures. The head is manually pumped, and the vanity has a SS sink with pressurized H&C water.

The main salon has a single pull-out settee/berth and conventional pilot berth to starboard, and a settee to port which pulls out to a double. An additional pipe berth option has been added on port. A custom-made teak & holly drop leaf table hangs off the main bulkhead, on which is also mounted a brass clock & barometer, and a small oil lamp and brass reading lamp. Drawer and shelf storage is found on both sides.

The L-shaped Galley is aft to port and includes a three burner CNG stove/oven, counter top with storage below and outboard, and a SS sink with pressure H&C water. The ice box is to starboard and doubles as a chart table/nav station. Counter tops are finished in a creamy beige formica. The bulkheads are wood-grained formica with teak trim and accents; the sole is teak and holly. Updated cushion upholstery is a green scotch plaid. Ventilation is provided by two overhead deck hatches, two deck dorades, an opening side port in the head, and a 12V fan
