Accommodations
Standard J/24 layout. To be more accommodating for daysailing the previous owner had a full head installed just fwd of the mast. This could be very easily removed by those looking to seriously race.
Sails & Rigging
Aluminum keel stepped spars with 1X19 stainless steel wire rigging. A fresh suit of sails was ordered in 1995 and used just one season before the boat was stored inside from 1996 thru 2003 except for the Main which is a 93' with now 4-5 seasons on it. All of the sails are in excellent condition except for the Main which is in good condition.

Electrical
Wired for 12 volt DC service, switch panel with fuses, running lights, brass reading lights at each berth. (currently no battery).
Hull & Deck
Newer type deck arrangement, two tone lt. gray on white. Hull is white with green boot and black hard racing bottom paint. Due to light use and 7 years of layup inside the hull and deck are in much better cosmetic condition than boats of similiar age.
Additional
This J/24 was taken in trade and has been surveyed. The survey showed the hull and decks to be in exc. condition for the age of the boat and the surveyors' own personal comments were that structurally this was one of the best 24s of this vintage that he has done.

Fresh water sailed until 04' and chronologically much younger than her age due to 9 years of layup in inside storage and only very light use since, good sails and Triad trailer in good condition.
