Standard J/29 layout, V-berth fwd with bin type stowage under, next aft, manual W.C. Next aft is the main cabin with settees P&S with bin stowage under and stowage behind the seat backs. Next aft is the galley space split P&S, to starboard is a small counter with stainless sink and manual FW pump small locker and shelf to port is stowage and 2 shelves. Next aft are two large quarter berths with bin stowage under.

This vessel has had the original vinyl hull liner removed and has been carefully painted out outboard of the berths where the liner once was. Varnished interior vs. the standard oiled teak, varnished teak and holly sole, reading lights at the settees, 2 fixed ports and 2 opening hatches. New light blue upholstery 01'.

Hull & Deck
White hull with black boot top, blue bottom with Petit ablative paint. Two tone decks with non skid. All deck hardware was re-bedded in 00', new life lines 00', new out board motor bracket 02'.

Disclosure A survey in Feb. '07 found that the fwd most 6' of the fore deck had high moisture and some delamination and will require repair. A second area about 5' in length along the stbd side of the keel shows moisture saturation though no delamination. Core samples were taken in this are and it is evident that likewise this area will require near term repair including re-coring. Various verbal estimates have been provided that indicate a total of $9-12,000 to repair. The above asking price has taken the above repairs costs into consideration and been adjusted accordingly. Sorry, we don not have a copy of the survey.
