Accommodations
From the center cockpit there are forward and aft companionways for maximum accessability and ventilation while maximizing privacy. There is also a walkthrough along the starboard side.

Starting forward is a generous V berth. Aft and to starboard is the forward head (and separate shower stall) with linen locker followed by a hanging locker, the starboard side walk through with jpantry, storage drawers/lockers and the large nav station.

Aft and to port of the V berth is a port side double berth with a hanging locker.

The large main aft cabin may be accessed by the walk through or from a cockpit companionway. It is comprised of a U shaped dining area that can seat eight, a nav station, a pilot berth to port plus three more berths aft give sleeping accomodations for four. The galley and the aft head with walk in shower and storage lockers complete this wonderful aft cabin layout.
Galley
Galley features generous storage space, Grunert engine drive refrigeration, Force 10 propane gimballed stove and oven with solenoid and H/C pressure water at double sink.
Cockpit
All primary sail controls are within reach of the helmsman and with furling on main and genoa, plus the flexibility of a split rig, Salmagal is extremely easy to handle and balance in any conditions, a true passagemaker. All essential navigation equipment is located at the helm.

Mechanical
1989 Ford Lehman Super 90 engine, fresh water cooling, with an estimated 2000 hours. 1 1/4" SS shaft equipped with spurs and 18" three blade Max Prop. Gauges for rpm, amps, oil pressure, temperature and fuel level.

Espar cabin heater

Hot and Cold pressure water to both heads and galley with 12 gallon SS hot water tank, heated by engine or shore power. (Note: shore power has never been used by present owner, so operation cannot be verified)

Electric windlass with foot control and breaker plus saltwater washdown.
Hull & Deck, Rigging and Sails

• Deck winches are two Lewmar ST 46 two speed and one Barient 21 two speed.
• Mast winches are two Lewmar 40 two speed and one Lewmar 8
• Hood Stoboom furler, Furlex headsail furler
• Sail inventory includes: Mainsail, 130% Genoa, 110% Genoa, MPS with snuffer and spinnaker pole. All sails of 90s vintage in good condition with the exception of the spinnaker which is excellent, age unknown.
