Accommodations
Starting forward you have a large v-berth with a shelve above the berth on the port side and storage underneath. Aft of the berth there are two hanging lockers, one to port the other to starboard. This cabin is separated by an access door to the salon.
The salon features settee/berths to starboard and port with lift up pilot berths on both sides. There is a large centerline table with drop leafs and bottle storage. There is a nice stainless steel handrail on the ceiling for moving around the cabin while underway.
The galley is aft of the salon to port and the nav station is to starboard. The chart table is forward facing with storage under the lid. The instruments and the breaker panel are located on the outboard side.
The aft cabin is located on the port side just aft of the galley. This cabin has a large double berth, hanging locker, and changing seat.
The head is located on the straboard side aft of the nav station. The head has an integral second molding for easy maintenance with integral shower tray, sink with vanity and access to valves and toilet support shelf. The cockpit storage can also be accessed through the head.

ConstructionInfusion is a method of introducing catalyzed resin into a pre-layout of dry material under vacuum. Dry fibers are placed in mold, with core (Balsa or Foam). Which is then covered by a special flow cloth and a flexible vacuum bag, a high pressure vacuum is then applied and a series of resin tubes draw the catalyzed resin into the part.
The result is a high quality method of production which produces results repeatedly and consistently. It allows dimensional control and regularity of weight and unlike a pre-impregnation process, infusion does not require special materials storage conditions, nor an oven.
An economic and reproducible process, direct positioning of dry fibers is easier and more precise than in traditional hand lay-up processes. It also allows controlled placement of fiber direction, as it is not impeded by gel times etc The perfect control of the quantity of resin infused and the dry placement cloth make it possible to obtain extremely homogeneous finished parts.
The weight variation of the piece is very small (1 to 2% only), a performance which is impossible to achieve with hand lamination.
