Vessel Walkthrough
"Wind Quest"� will accommodate seven w/two double staterooms. Head room is 6'4". There is a V-berth forward w/storage under the bunk, teak shelves on either side, drawers center front of berth for clothing and a cedar lined hanging locker. Large head has sit-down shower to port and double doors, one opening to the V-berth. Additional teak storage areas have been added in head behind toilet and under shower. The salon has an L-shaped settee to port w/large fold-down table, teak bookcase and nav. station. Settee to starboard w/cedar lined hanging locker. There are cedar bookcases and storage cabinets on either side above settees and plenty of storage behind the settees.� The L-shaped galley is to starboard. There is a double aft stateroom to port w/hanging locker. Four sided access to engine mid-ships under companioway steps.� There are� 11 opening ports with screens and Peek A Boo shades and� 5 screened overhead hatches, also with Peek A Boo shades.
AccommodationsThe main salon has settees to port and starboard with lots of storage space both behind and beneath.� A fold-away table is mounted on the bulkhead, when lowered a built-in bottle and glass storage rack is revealed. The table will expand again to provide dining on both� sides of the salon.
A pull out panel in the L-shaped port settee converts this area to a double berth. There is a generous hanging locker to starboard in the salon. Also in the salon area is the navigation station� that features a large hinged table with generous stowage tray underneath. The boat's� AC/DC electrical controls and other breakers are located here. There is a chart drawer opposite then a navigation desk.
The wrap around galley to starboard features a gimbaled three burner propane stove with oven, double stainless steel sinks, refrigeration compartment, and lots of storage. There is also a flip-up counter extension for additional food prep space.
The Island Packet 37 features two nice cabins. The forward V-Berth is a private cabin that features a wide 6'6" long berth, and there is generous storage space provided by plentiful drawers, cabinets, shelves and a large hanging locker. There is private access to the head and separate shower area from this stateroom. The enclosed and private aft cabin features a very large double berth and upholstered dressing seat, ample stowage including a large locker with shelves, bureau and full length mirror.
