Osprey is a fresh water boat only and has been mostly in Lake Michigan, but also Lake Huron.

She has been continuously maintained throughout her life. Her keel was removed in the late 90's with new bolts installed and glassed in. The hull to keel joint was reinforced. Her rudder was replaced in 2000. The rudder bearing and steering cables were replaced in 2006.
