Accommodations

Entering Remedy from the swim platform to the spacious cockpit which allows for lounging or fishing with three built-in rodholders. You can also fuel up on either side in the cockpit or on the port side of the main deck. Proceeding up three steps leads you into the enclosed lower helm with a large entertaining area. You have the option to remove the isinglass or roll-up for added comfort on those breezy days. � Forward is the helm station with two newly re-upholstered swivel chairs and a padded bench behind that stows the safety equipment. Mounted overhead is a six rod holder. The helm station has a new Garmin autopilot, VHF along with a reconfigured control panel, two Caframo fans and UBS ports. She has also had new windshields, wipers, motors and covers all replaced within the last year.� 

Access to the bow is through the wing doors on either starboard or port side. The power cord inlets, fuel, water, and waste fills are located on the port side. Also, on the port side is the new Marquis 7 step gangway. The deck has been newly painted with Awlgrip. The bow pulpit has an electric windlass and a Fortress FX-37 anchor. The bow includes two deck boxes, fenders, bow seat cushions, spotlight and a Magma grill.

From the lower helm, walk up six step to the flybridge. There are two helm seats and a full enclosure protecting the helm station and re-upholsetered bench seat located forward. In the cabinet to port of the controls houses the VHF, Garmin autopilot and search light controller. � 

From the lower helm and down three steps leads you into the spacious salon with large windows which allow for plenty of natural sunlight and create the feeling of a larger room. The windows have new sunscreen covers for added shade and privacy when needed. � Directly down the stairs is a magazine rack and the electrical A/C & D/C panel on the port side. Forward is the wetbar with a small SS sink and below is a storage cabinet and Norcold mini fridge. Across the room is the seating area with a love seat, two chairs and small table. � A new 16,000 Btu self- contained MarinAire a/c unit has been installed inside the cabinet. Below the newly installed carpet are the access panels for the engine room.

Forward of the salon and down three steps is the updated galley. Behind the steps is an access door to the engine room. The starboard side has the Vitrifrigo refrigerator, four storage shelves, new countertop with built-in trash bin, sink and backsplash. � Kenmore four burner stove and above is the Black & Decker microwave oven. There is ample storage throughout for all your kitchen essentials.� 

Port of the galley is the guest head with a sink and large shower stall. New plumbing for the new swivel magnetic shower head and electric freshwater toilet. Ample storage with the two medicine cabinets and storage below the countertop.� 

Moving forwarding into the guest stateroom are the two bunks on the port side with reading lamps. Dresser drawers on the starboard side and a full length closet with mirror. Good ventilation provided with the large overhead hatch.� 

Aft of the salon is the head with access from the hallway or master stateroom. It includes a sink with a single mirrored medicine cabinet, shower stall and new electric freshwater Jabsco toilet.� 

Aft is the full beam master stateroom with two double berths on outboard sides with reading lamps. Centered is the dresser drawers. Forward of the starboard berth is the large vanity/ office desk and closet. A new 16,000 Btu self-contained a/c unit has been installed.�
