A Very Well Equipped Tartan 37
Nemea (a Tartan 37) is a well kept and nicely equipped example of the popular Tartan 37.  She has recently undergone a significant refit and several upgrades (see below) and is equipped and ready to cruise most anywhere, or to "live aboard", due to its Center board swing keel which, when down,  supports optimum performance at sea, while also providing access, when raised,  to shoal areas, such as the Bahamas and Caribbean islands.  Tartans have a well deserved reputation as being well built seaworthy ("Blue Water"), sturdy yachts,  with good sailing performance characteristics (easy to sail)  Tartan Yachts built 486 of the 37 between 1976 and 1989;  Nemea is Hull Number 162
