This Catalina 42MKII is a CPO Certified Pre-Owned yacht. She has been surveyed and any significant survey items have been attended to. Only very well maintained yachts qualify for a CPO status. The recent survey is available to purchasers.
Solitude is a 2006 Catalina 42MKII two cabin model and one of the most popular Catalina yachts ever built. It is the ideal performance cruising yacht for a couple. Additional Information and Items
The owners of Solitude has had their yacht pulled every April, bunked on the hard at Snead Island Boat Works in Palmetto, FL and then launched again in November of each year that they have owned this yacht. The bimini, dodger and stainless steel bows were removed each year and the yacht covered with a custom made Sunbrella cover. Four hurricane boat straps with ratchets are included.
There is an extensive list of additional items and a complete list of owner's manuals available at time of acceptance of offer.
Exclusions
There are very few exclusions. Solitude is well equipped and ready to sailaway. There are several owner's personal items that will not convey with the yacht. That list will be available at time of acceptance of offer.
