Vessel Walk Thru
This handsome Duffy 35 provides accommodations for up to four people in a "semi yacht" finished interior with white gel coat finish and varnished mahogany trim with laid teak and holly soles. There is an abundance of light and natural ventilation with a large overhead hatch with screen and four stainless ports (with screens) in the trunk cabin while the deck house is surrounded in glass with Diamond Sea glaze windows and door. There are two sliders, the center line windshield has an opening section and there is a screen for the door. There is 12 volt lighting throughout with overhead dome style lamps and swivel style reading lamps at the double berth. Headroom in the salon is 6'-5" on centerline and over 6'-3" at the helm, headroom below is 6'-1/2" aft increasing to app 6'-2" forward.
Starting forward is an offset "pullman style" berth measuring over 6'-8" by 4'-4" in width, a true double. There is voluminous top load type storage underneath and deep storage shelves with fiddles P&S while there is access to the anchor locker at the forward bulkhead. Aft and to starboard there is a four drawer bureau with hanging locker outboard.
Next aft is the enclosed Head with Jabso manual W.C. plumbed via a Y valve to the holding tank; ensuite shower drains to a separate sump, and thwart ship running vanity with stainless steel sink with H&C pressure water ans storage in a locker and shelves.
Opposite to port is the Galley with 2 burner Princess propane stove, Sharp Microwave oven, Norcold dual voltage refrigerator with freezer compartment and storage in lockers.
Up two steps to the Salon and Helm station. The Salon features a long L-settee with bin type storage under with dining off a varnished Mahogany and Bird's Eye Maple pedestal mounted table that drops down to make a filler/berth when desired. The berth is 44' wide and almost 7' long along the outboard edge though 6' long where the table acts as a filler. Opposite there is open space for a chair or whatever one chooses.
The helm station is forward and to starboard with a true double bench seat with storage under (see photo) and all avionics and vessel controls.
The Cockpit is accessed via the wide center line door and there is a transom/tuna door. There is storage in under deck lockers P&S and below decks as accessed through two center-line hatches. Wide side decks with conveniently located grab rails provide good access fore and aft.

Wtin 4 people onboard, fully loaded to go cruising, mid season bottom, full water and 3/4 fuel loads the following up tide and down tide average speeds were recorded 8/5/19. Fuel consumption 1600 RPM thru 2200 are based on observation

Construction/Hull/Loose GearThe Solid fiberglass hull was refinished with Dark Green Awlgrip in 2016 with a white boot stripe. The bottom was likewise stripped at that time, epoxy barrier coated and finished with a red ablative anti fouling. The fiberglass house is finished with white semi-gloss rolled on gel-coat and the decks have Moondust Awlgrip with griptex on white gel coat. The decks and house are cored with Nidacore closed cell foam with some plywood in high stress areas. All grab rails, toe rails etc are PVC, this is an easy to maintain NO WOOD exterior.

AdditionalThis one owner Duffy 35 is in very nice condition throughout. Set up to be a low maintenance exterior and with her fresh Awlgrip hull finish she should be an inexpensive boat to own for many years. While her hull mold date is 2002 she was not completed until late 2003 and her first in water use was May 2004.
Exclusions: owners personal gear, tools and the "white hall" type rowing tender.
