The space for provisions, guests, and equipment is abundant.  One of the most noticeable things is the amount of natural light and ventilation with all the opening ports, hatches, and the cowl vents.  

Nice improvement include two solar panels which provide 280 watts, a dinghy motor hoist, and motor mount on the stern pulpit.  A connector between the dodger and the Bimini increases the usable space in the cockpit on days where the sunshine is too much or a small rainstorm makes the cockpit a nice place to enjoy a quiet anchorage. 

 

Island Breeze still has a shiny hull and she has been hauled every year. A fresh coat of CSC has been applied every two years.

You will not be disappointed in her condition and she is worth your consideration.

A new Highfield 310 dinghy and a Yamaha 15 hp 2 stroke motor is negotiable but not included in the sale.
