This is a very rare vessel with factory installed Naiad stabilization system! Gypsy Spirit has just completed the great loop with her current owners! She is in excellent condition, with recently serviced engine and generator, ready for her next adventure with new owners.
Starting in the salon/galley area, this vessel has a 3 burner Force 10 combination propane stove/oven, deep double stainless steel sinks, with a Panasonic microwave oven along with a Nova Cool refrigerator freezer. Both the salon and galley have the optional teak/holly floor. You will also find a new (2018) flat screen Samsung TV powered by a new KVH TV3 satellite receiver along with a Bose sound system, For your dining and entertainment comfort there is a teak hi-low table with ample seating for 4 on newly recovered "L" shaped benches. Just forward from the dinette area is a base cupboard with a Uline ice maker underneath as well as additional storage.
Up 4 steps from the salon to the lower helm station you will find a very comfortable upgraded Lebroc helm seat, to make those long passages more tenable, surrounded by the control center and two comfortable seating areas, one with a table, so the Captain can entertain during the voyage. There is also ample storage for charts as well as an area to lay them out for easy access and plotting. The lower helm is serviced by two Raymarine MFD's, one an E120 the other a new (2018) Raymarine Hybrid Touch system. integrated into the MFD's are a Raymarine radar, auto pilot, depth sounder and wind direction/speed system. Finally you will also find the master control for the adjustable Naiad Stabilizer system, Standard Horizon GX2000 VHF radio and VesselView, SmartCraft engine monitoring system for the Cummins main engine.
Going down 5 steps from the salon/galley level will take you to the office/accommodations level where you will find a work area with desk as well as the AC and DC breaker panels,generator control, remote monitor/control panel for the Magnum inverter system, Tank Watch System and water tank gauge. This is the perfect area to plot out your next cruise or to keep in touch with shore based obligations.
Across from the office area you will find the guest quarters. Here you will find a lower pull out berth that makes into a double bed as well as the optional folding down bunk. This room also contains the optional Splendide washer/dryer, a large hanging locker as well numerous drawers for storage.
Directly ahead of the office is a full head with walk in shower and VacuFlush head. This will serve as the day head and facilities for the guest stateroom.
Up two steps and forward of the office is the spacious master stateroom. Here you will find ample sunlight streaming in through a ceiling hatch and three opening port holes. Headroom is amazing with over 7' in the main area. There is also another Samsung flat screen TV with a Sony DVD player and separate DirecTV receiver so both TV's can be on different stations.. The bed is a walk around island queen where you will be lulled to sleep by the quiet action of the waves in the harbor! The master suite also comes with a full en-suite head and another walk in shower as well as a VacuFlush head unit. The Admiral will also be pleased to see all the hanging locker room and drawer storage space for those longer voyages!!
Looking outside of the vessel you will find a very comfortable covered aft deck with teak flooring, this is a great place to enjoy that morning cup of coffee while you survey your quiet anchorage and decide the days activities! When coming into the dock you will also find a control station here allowing control of the engine shifter as well as both bow and stern thrusters, making single handing this boat a simple option.
Moving up 8 wide, anti skid stairs from the cockpit to the bridge brings you to the "boat deck". It is here you will find the 12' AquaPro aluminium bottom inflatable tender powered by a 4 stroke 20HP Honda outboard. This tender has remote steering as well as a comfortable bench seat that will make exploring not only exciting but comfortable! You will also be able to keep track of your location with the included new (2018) Garmin echomap 74cv with CHIRP sonar!! This tender also comes complete with a brand new custom Sunbrella cover and is easily launched and retreived with the aid of an 800LB capacity Steelhead davit.
Up three steps from the boat deck you will find the fly bridge and upper helm station. This area is perfect for voyaging in "skinny" water where you have to read the color of the water, as well as entertaining during cruise, at anchor or tied to the dock. There is another "L" shaped seating area that will hold 4 adults in comfort, a table with beverage holders as well as the upper helm seat complete the seating plan. When seated at the helm there are two "pods" that raise from the dash to provide access to engine controls, bow and stern thruster controls as well as another new (2018) Raymarine HybridTouch MFD, auto pilot control and a second VHF radio. You will also be protected from the sun under a flag blue custom Bimini top!
All interior accommodation spaces are also heated and cooled by three Dometic reverse heat/AC units.
Looking into the machinery areas we will find a 540HP Cummins QSC 8.3 engine with just 1607 hours on it. The engine bilge is kept dry with a PSS Dripless Shaft Seal System. Aft from the main engine is the Onan MDK8M 8KW generator and sound shield. This unit purrs while running with only 1455 hours on it! Both the main engine and generator have been recently serviced and ready to go. You will also find 6 new (2018) AGM deep cycle marine batteries as well as a new (2018) AGM generator start battery. Engine and generator maintenance is further made easier with the installed oil change system. For your equipment and long range storage needs, there is a cavernous storage area under the aft deck in the easily accessed lazarette area under the aft deck. This also allows easy access to the steering gear!
