AFT DECK T
he 44 foot Viking has a nice large comfortable aft deck and is protected by a solid hard top.   The enclosure looks brand new. And the aft deck sole has carpet.  On the bulkhead on the aft deck is a wet bar with a new working Raritan Icemaker with Teak doors. On both hull sides are transparent wind doors.

FLYBRIDGE
Up two steps and you are on the flybridge. The flybridge as to forward facing seats. For electronics� there is a working Garmin GPS map 5212, aworking Garmin GPS map 2006 SE, along with a Standard Horizon VHF. All the gauges on the helm are nice and clear, the shifter and the throttles are in great condition, not a pitted. Starboard side on the bridge is a seat and forward off the helm is a forward bench seat that. Just like the aft deck, the enclosure is in super condition.

MASTER STATEROOM 
The 44 has a full beam master.   All the teak shows very well, you do not see any water stains. The bed is a queen size bed with a Tempur Pedic mattress.  On both sides of the stateroom are cupboards, there are two closets, one full-size mirror and and SMX panel for the state rooms air conditioning. There are two speakers to bedside lamps and two reading lamps. The owners head is to the starboard side in the stateroom and has a stall shower, sink, mirror and storage.

INTERIOR
The salon has approximately 6ââ?¬â?¢3ââ?¬ï¿½ of headroom.   Port and starboard side are large hull side windows.  On the aft bulkhead is a large mirror. Port side is an L-shaped sofa with storage under it on the opposite side of the salon is a smaller sofa that will convert the two sofas into a bed. The ships electrical panels are on the starboard side and easy to get to.   For entertainment there is a flat screen TV and a Sony CD player and stereo. In the salon you will see the SMX control panel for the vessels forward air-conditioning a newer Raritan working ice-maker and the salon wet bar.

The dinette this forward and down. It has a nice, comfortable wraparound seating with storage under the seats. On the opposite of the dinette is the galley. All the appliances in the galley have been updates and include a newer Fridgeair stand up fridge freezer, a newer two burner cooktop a Kenmore convection oven, stainless steel sink, toaster. In the galley is plenty of cupboards and storage. In the galley is a new veneer galley soul.

Forward of the galley and the dinette is the guest�s head. This room has a solid privacy door inside is a stall shower head, sink and storage under the berth is the second holding tank, proffessionaly installed and hold 28 gallons.

Opposite the forward head is a Whirlpool dryer and a Whirlpool washing machine.   Forward in the bow area is the guests state room. This stateroom has good headroom, port and starboard side port lights, pull out drawers and a closets. This room also has a solid privacy door. The interior on this beautiful motor yacht is in splendid condition, all the fabrics are in great condition the carpet is in good condition all the wood is very nice withno water stains, the headliner is nice and tight.

In the engine room are a clean pair of Detroit diesels 671 TI's at 450 BHP the motors were rebuilt in 2015 then the starboard had a partial rebuild in 2016.  There is a newer Westerbeke 8KW generator.   Two air conditioning units.   Access to the fuel shut off valves  and there is a Reverso oil change system.  The boats batteries are about two years old.

EXTERIOR
The hull sides look great.   All the window frames are in in great condition they are not pitted, and paint comming of them (probably becasue of the dry interior) the boat has a swim platform with a swim ladder, along with a ladder to the aft deck, on the transom is a grab rail.  Port and starboard side are a decent size walk arounds on the foredeck Is a forward facing bench seat there are two deck hatches a wraparound bow rail with port and starboard side fender holders.  The 44 has a large pulpit a Lewmar windlass with foot controls.
