Accommodations

Starting forward is the V-berth with room for two, having an insert and storage;  next aft is the athwartships head with a marine head to starboard , folding teak shower seat, hot and cold pressurized water system;  to starboard is a vanity with stainless steel sink and storage;   next aft of the main bulkhead is the salon having a straight settee to port and a fore and aft dinette to starboard;  The dinette converts to a double berth.   The large functional galley is aft to starboard with double stainless steel sink, propane stove with oven, and icebox.  Lots of storage in the galley. Aft to port is a large private stateroom with a berth, bureau with storage and door for privacy.  Varnished teak and holly cabin sole throughout .

Standard Horizon VHF radio with mast mounted antenna;  West Marine 500 DSC VHF radio;  SI-TEX Loran C;  Garmin 2210 GPS/plotter with 10 1/2" screen mounted on a custom bracket at the helm;  Raymarine ST4000+ autopilot.

12 volt DC and 120 volt AC electrical systems with appropriate fusing and breakers.

Battery selector switch;  two marine deep cycle batters being new in 2017;   30 amp AC service;  50' 30 amp marine shore power cord.

Pro-Mariner Sport-20 battery charger with charge status monitor.

Aluminum mast stepped on the deck with compression post below.  Aluminum boom with midboom sheeting;  Mainsail with Sunbrella sail cover and roller furling genoa.  Cruising spinnaker with sock with little use.  Stainless steel wire standing rigging.

White hull with light blue cove and boot stripes; white deck with non-skid surfaces on deck and cockpit;  Extruded, slotted aluminum toerail;  Stainless steel double bow and stern rails with boarding ladder at the stern;  Stainless steel lifeline stanchions with double lifelines;   Sunbrella cockpit dodger and bimini with stainless steel frames;  Clear connector between dodger and bimini;  Wheel steering with engine controls at helm;  Opening overhead hatches and opening ports in coachroof provide excellent ventilation.  Teak handrails on coachroof;  Nav lights.

Fenders and docklines;  Coast Guard safety equipment.   Seven boat stands are available by separate treaty between seller and buyer.  Anchor with chain and rode.
