This one owner yacht was purchased new in 2004 and is the best Catalina I have seen. She spent the first 5 years in fresh water and was dry stored every winter. The warm wood interior is beautifully finished and she shows like a new boat - the owners stateroom aft has a full queen size berth next door to a large shower/head compartment. The spacious salon has 2 settees and can be converted to another double berth. The bow cabin has a wide V-berth and the large galley is a cook's delight. 2 deep SS sinks, a propane stove with oven and an amazingly large fridge with icebox/evaporator. There is plenty of thoughtful storage throughout the boat with huge compartments in the cockpit and lazarette.The extensive upgrades and maintenance are too detailed to list here. She is in perfect condition, The Yanmar 3GM diesel has only 500 hours. The transmission was rebuilt in 2016 and a new SS shaft, 3 blade prop and cutlass bearing were fitted at the same time. Super cold 16000 BTU air conditioning was installed new in 2010. The fully battened mainsail with dutchman flaking and the roller furling genoa were cleaned and refurbished in 2015. The headsail has a separate sheeting system to allow a self tacking jib for easy windward working. In 2016 , 2 coats of bottom paint were applied over 6 epoxy barrier seal coats. She is diver serviced bi-monthly and the hull is waxed every 2 years.The bimini and dodger are new in 2017. The standing rigging was inspected and tuned in 2016. The rigging chainplates were removed and carefully rebedded in 2016. All electronics and the autopilot are in premium condition and there is an inflatable dinghy with a Suzuki outboard. If you like the Catalina 320 you will buy this one as soon as you see it - nothing can compare to this vessel. The list goes on and on and the asking price is unbelievable at $69000. So much value in an immaculate yacht.
