Accommodations
Stepping aboard this classic we first notice an aft deck spacious enough to welcome family and friends or set up a couple of lounge chairs for an afternoon cocktail. Raising the lazarette access hatch centered on the aft deck has to be seen to be believed... Enough storage for even the most advanced packrat! Through the door to the salon you'll find a spacious portside u-shaped dining settee with table (converts to a queen berth if needed). Across to starboard are two refrigerator or freezer compartments each with their own compressor plus a full size upright refrigerator with freezer. Forward to port is the home-size galley with all the amenities. A centerline door takes you down to the master stateroom with athwartship island queen berth to port and ensuite master head (fresh water, electric) with vanity and stall shower. Forward is a First Mate's dream...A walk-in storage pantry large enough for months and months of provisions. Across to port is the stack washer and dryer which is a must have for the serious cruising couple. Full forward is the private guest stateroom with oversize V-berth, ensuite head (saltwater electric) with vanity and sink. Guest stateroom is accessed from curved teak staircase from the pilothouse. From the starboard side in the salon a curved staircase takes you up to the pilothouse. Here is the true "underway" living area with helm, helm chair, and all necessary electronics followed by a watch-berth for those overnight passages. The pilothouse has 360° visibility. Side decks can be entered both port and starboard from the pilothouse. Decks are wide with high bulwarks for safety at sea. The Portuguese bridge protects the pilothouse and offers a great protected spot to watch the world go by! The foredeck is spacious and an excellent place to catch a few rays while cruising. A ladder from the aft deck takes you to the upper deck to access Paravane stabilizer controls, deck storage and mast electronics as well as deck storage for your dinghy and outboard.
Guest Stateroom: Private V-berth with twin size berths port and starboard, hanging locker, side hull shelves, two opening ports, overhead butterfly hatch, ensuite head and vanity, curved staircase to pilothouse, stacked washer/dryer, beautiful carved teak doors, access ro anchor locker, storage galore!
Master Stateroom: Midship walk-around queen berth with bureaus each side. Custom Inner Spring mattress, walk-in closet, ensuite master head with vanity, sink and stall shower, HUGE walk-in pantry!
Salon: Comfortable U-shaped settee surrounding the dining table, storage under, 270° visibility with a light and bright interior, teak parquet flooring throughout, blinds on all the windows.
