Vessel Walkthrough
Leap Year features the latest layout available in a 56 Viking. Highlights include an athwartship master berth, VIP layout forward and the starboard stateroom features upper & lower L-shaped berths.

The main salon is accessed via an electric sliding door. The large L-shaped lounge is aft to port. The galley is forward to port and the very comfortable 5 place dinette is opposite.

Many upgrades were implemented when this custom yacht was built, including granite, additional teak accents and a totally custom interior along with a myriad of lighting, hardware and convenient features.

Salon
The salon of “Leap Year� has a very tastefully done interior as is with the rest of the options on this boat. Standard layout with designer carpet and a tight canvas runner, 42� flat screen Fujitsu TV w/ SAT capability. High gloss flat panel teak wood throughout gives this salon and interior a soft yet rich feel. A teak automatic push button salon door with shelve s just inside the salon door to starboard. The valances and lambrequins are also done in high gloss teak. The l shaped sofa is done is a nice soft beige and there is a teak coffee table for dinner drinks or morning coffee. The entrance way to the salon form the cockpit has Amtico flooring and there is also Amtico in the galley and heads.

Galley
The galley also has the same beautiful high gloss teak and teak backsplash behind the sink and stove top. The countertops are in a nice granite with molded sink and designer Grohe faucet. There is a ceramic four burner Kenyon stovetop with exhaust vent. The refrigeration is under counter with refrigeration on the top shelves and freezer units below. There is Amtico teak and holly flooring in the galley

Companion Way
The four steps down through the companionway take you in all three staterooms and the guest/day head. The laundry center is in the guest head covered by a high gloss teak door. The laundry is a Whirlpool stack washer and dryer set. The companionway has upholstered wall paneling with high gloss teak strips between them.
Master Stateroom
The master stateroom is located down the companionway and to port. There is a high gloss teak privacy door that opens to the spacious, elegant stateroom. The queen bed sits awthwartship and has designer bedding and pillows, two high gloss teak night stands, ornamental lamps, air conditioning controls, 110V outlets, a telephone jack. This stateroom is also set up with SAT TV on the 24" Sharp flat screen TV. The master has three hanging lockers all with high gloss teak cabinetry doors. There is plenty of storage and drawers under the bed and storage as well.
Master Head
The master head is appointed very nicely with Amtico flooring, granite counter top with molded sink and Grohe designer faucet. There is a mirror, medicine cabinet and a stall shower with sold clear door. The towel holders and soap dish are also in designer style hardware. The ceiling in the master stateroom is mirrored and there is a linen closet behind the privacy door.
Guest Stateroom Forward
The guest stateroom forward has the ever popular VIP layout with cross over bunks. Both mattresses have designer bedding and pillows, high gloss teak throughout, drawer space under each bunk. The starboard bunk is a bit wider than the port and a little lower and will accommodate two sleeping guests whereas the upper port bunk is ideal for one. There is plenty of hanging locker space as well and has an overhead hatch. The flats screen TV is located forward and sits flush in the beautiful high gloss teak cabinetry , easy to see from both bunks. There are a/c controls, designer wallpaper, high end carpet, and an en-suite head.
Guest Head
The forward guest head also has Amtico flooring, granite counter top with Grohe faucet, mirrored medicine cabinet and plenty of storage below the vanity.The stall shower has a bench seat and designer Grohe faucet. There are designer towel racks and soap dishes , and the Whirlpool washer/dryer stack unit is concealed behind a high gloss teak door.
Guest Stateroom Starboard
The guest stateroom to starboard is down the companionway and immediately to the starboard side. This guest stateroom has criss cross bunks being one facing port to starboard and the other a bit higher and going bow to stern. Like the rest of the staterooms, it also has designer bedding and pillows, a flat screen TV, designer carpet, hanging locker and plenty of storage and drawer space.
Flybridge
The flybridge was installed without any exposed fasteners. A Release Marine teak helm pod provides a custom command center. Additional bridge features include: fresh water outlet, removable jump seat backrest, insulated drink box under starboard seat, upgraded cushions and 2 Bluewater teak chairs. There is also a three sided enclosure and the ladder to the bridge has teak steps.
