Vessel Walkthrough
Sleeps 8 owners and guest in 4 staterooms. "Rumba" features (4) staterooms and (4)heads with an Island Berth forward. Accommodations for crew include (2) berths;(1) head and (1)shower.
Upon entering the salon through a starboard side electric door, you step into a layout that has put all other manufacturers second to the 65' Viking layout.
"Rumba's" Salon is incredibly spacious and extremely well appointed. To port is a huge U-shaped, custom "Saddlehorn" leather couch and teak cocktail table. Moving forward to port is the galley with a full sized refrigerator/freezer and a Gaggenau oven. Across to starboard is the settee with rich Pecan leather seating. At the top of the steps into the passageway to port is a huge pantry and dry storage area. Once in the passageway to the starboard is the washer/dryer. Down a few stairs portside is the crew quarters with over/under bunks and a private head with shower. Moving forward in the passageway to starboard is a day head adjoining a bunkroom with over/under bunks. Across the companionway is the Master Stateroom with private en-suite head and shower. Continuing all the way forward is a guest stateroom with centerline walkaround and Island Queen berth this stateroom also has its own private en-suite bathroom and shower.
Salon
The Main Salon features a comfortable, U-shaped real leather "Saddlehorn" sofa centered by a beautiful Hi-Lo table and a generous amount of storage. The sofa faces a custom Sony 42" pop up TV, entertainment system with receiver, amp, 5-disc/DVD player and JVC/VCR, surround sound speakers throughout the salon. In addition, there is a Kenmore Elite cocktail icemaker, custom storage for bottles and several storage drawers on either side.
Galley
The Galley is forward to port, featuring a full size refrigerator/freezer, topped by a custom Granite countertop.
The Galley features a stainless steel sink, garbage disposal and compactor, four burner cooktop, Gaggenau oven, a microwave/convection oven and Amtico teak and holly flooring. The storage in the galley is abundant with incredibly deep pull out drawers and spacious cabinets. Across to starboard is the settee that will seat six very comfortably around a teak table with Pecan leather seating with storage below. Just forward of the galley to port is a huge dry storage area. "Rumba's" computer and printer are kept in this area in addition to a built-in TV that can be viewed while sitting at the dinette.
Master Stateroom
Amidship to port is the Master Stateroom featuring a Queen berth with assisted hinged underneath storage, two night stands with beautiful lamps, and abundance of drawers and storage, and his and hers cedar lined closets. A DVD/VCR combo, SAT TV and vessel's camera system can also be viewed. The en-suite Master Head features granite counter tops, Amtico teak and holly flooring, mirrored ceilings, brass fixtures and towel holders, custom wallpaper and a Head Hunter head system.
VIP Stateroom
Forward centerline is a walkaround Queen Island berth with underneath storage. It features a SAT TV & DVD, an abundance of storage and drawers, and decorative bedding with pillows. A private head with stall shower joins aft and to starboard offering beautiful mirrored ceilings, Amtico teak & holly flooring, brass fixtures, granite counter tops and a Head Hunter fresh wate flush head system.
Guest Stateroom
Starboard side midship are over/under bunks that sleep two adults comfortably, a cedar lined hanging locker and storage underneath. The bottom bunk is spacious. Aft is a door to the shared day head with shower that features Amtico teak & holly flooring, granite countertops, mirrored ceilings, and a head hunter head system.
Crew Quarters
Aft to port and down three steps are the crew quarters offering large upper & lower berths with many drawers and storage. A large cedar lined hanging locker with built-in TV with VCR/DVD on top for easy viewing are near both bunks. The crew has their own bathroom with full shower and mirrored ceiling. Engine access from the crew head is provided as well.
Flybridge
The enclosed flybridge can be entered either from the salon via the spiral stairway or from the aft steering station. The flybridge has a chromed Stidd helm chair with a two seat companion chair to starboard. To port is a custom chart table with stool. Aft is an L-shaped sofa with custom coffee table. To starboard is a wet bar with storage, refrigerator w/icemaker, and overhead mounted Sharp LCD flat panel TV. The bridge flooring is real teak and holly. The owner had additional air conditioning installed and the dash is customized by the largest electronics package ever installed by AME Electronics. There is a custom molded platform and handrail which affords easy access to the center ladder Palm Beach Tower.
