Accommodations
CURLEW ll is the 2 cabin 1 head version of this popular design. Upon descending the companionway stairs, the U shaped galley is to starboard, and a forward facing nav station with comfortable seat is on the port side. The chart table slides forward to provide a forward facing nav station, or slides aft to extend the Port settee.
There is access to the over-sized head aft of the nav station, on port side, and is also very convenient to the companionway. New head installed 2017.The head has a separate shower stall with inside door. A unique feature of this vessel is the ââ¬Åstorage garageââ¬ï¿½ which has an opening door in the shower stall ââ¬â This is a huge storage space and is protected from the outside elements. It extends partially under the port cockpit seat, but is only accessed from inside the vessel.

The salon has excellent traffic flow, 6'4" headroom and loads of storage space below the seats, in side cabinets and in book shelves.
Forward of the main salon is a private stateroom with queen sized V-berth and a good deal of storage space, including a hanging locker. Headroom is 6'2".
Aft of the galley, on to starboard, is a second large private double cabin with 6'5" headroom and loads of storage space, including a hanging locker. A port opening towards the cockpit provides light and ventilation.
The salon is well lit with upper fixed ports, and also lower fixed ports at eye level when one is seated. There are also opening side ports above the deck level and overhead opening hatches. For ventilation. A large opening hatch provides additional ventilation for the interior, and natural light forward.

From the Owner
A very popular model known for its quality craftsmanship, the Jeanneau Sun
Odyssey 36i offers a spacious and roomy yacht thatââ¬â¢s also easy to sail.
And she never fails to surprise us with her speed and ability to point
upwind. It never gets old sailing faster and higher than most of the boats
around you. She has served us very well cruising around the Bahamas and
Florida for the past two years, and either winning or placing high in
every informal race weââ¬â¢ve entered. Curlew II is equipped for safe cruising with a
brand new 10ââ¬â¢ dinghy and a used Tohatsu 5HP outboard, and a six-man life
raft for longer crossings. Two private cabins make this boat perfect for
enjoying trips with family or friends, with room to sleep 6 below deck.
Weââ¬â¢ve made many important upgrades since we bought Curlew II in 2014:
ââ¬Â¢ New Standing Rigging
ââ¬Â¢ New 'charter gradeââ¬â¢ sails ââ¬â more durable than regular sails
ââ¬Â¢ New asymmetrical cruising spinnaker great for light SW Florida air
ââ¬Â¢ 10' West Marine Inflatable dinghy
ââ¬Â¢ Rebuilt The Yanmar 3YM30 ââ¬â has been a super reliable engine
ââ¬Â¢ New hot water heater
ââ¬Â¢ New propane solenoid
ââ¬Â¢ New 100-watt portable solar charging system
ââ¬Â¢ New domestic batteries (340 amp hours) in 2017
ââ¬Â¢ New head in 2017
ââ¬Â¢ New fans in 2017
Family obligations require us to sell this boat ASAP, presenting an
amazing deal for a boat of this caliber with all important upgrades made.
