Broker’s comments: We use the term “turnkey” often but, in this case it’s more than relevant. Due to the passing of the owner, the estate is selling this boat for far below replacement. Actively sailed up and until last fall, it is truly in turn key condition. It has what people want; Yanmar diesel inboard, wheel steering and roller furling headsail.
