AccommodationsFORWARD:
The standard Crealock 37 interior layout has an offset double berth forward with memory foam mattress and seat with vanity on the port side. Many drawers, lockers, large bins and two large hanging lockers to port provide ample storage. Also forward of the main salon is the head compartment. It has a manual marine head, stainless sink, hot/cold pressure water and pull out shower. The teak sauna seat over the head is convenient when showering. All shower water drains through a teak grate and is pumped overboard. The vanity has teak storage lockers above (w/110v outlet) and below. All seacocks and holding tank valves are easily accessible.
MAIN SALON:
The main salon is spacious with exceptional hand rubbed teak joinery and matte white accents. Fresh air and sunlight pour through opening ports and deck hatches. Headroom is a remarkable 6' 4". The main cabin has an "L" shaped seating area to starboard and a bench seat to port. Both make up into berths (single to port, double to stb. both 6'4"). The fold down dining/coffee table makes for an open cabin when not in use. Bookshelves and lockers are outboard of the settees, port and starboard. Settee lockers are accessible through seat hatches.
A large chart table with ample storage is to port with electrical panel and navigation instruments outboard and hanging locker under. All panels open for easy access. The "U" shaped galley is opposite (see below). Behind the Nav. station is a large, comfortable quarter berth.
GalleyThe U-shaped galley is aft and starboard in the salon and features a double stainless steel sink with H/C pressure water, fresh and salt water foot pumps. A newer Force 10 2 burner propane stove with oven. Double sided top loading refrigerator with new Frigiboat air cooled refrigeration and digital thermometer. Outboard of the stove and refrigerator there is ample storage along with a Trident propane detection system.

Hull and DeckCONSTRUCTION:
Her hull is white with blue sheer and boot stripes. Her deck is equipped with high bulwarks, heavy teak cap rail and teak decks. Designed with a modest beam and deep bilges, "Breathovaire" is stable and seakindly in a seaway. She has a modified fin, external lead keel and a substantial skeg, supporting a large rudder. A heavy, teak rubstrake with stainless steel cap protects the hull from pilings or rafted boats.

EQUIPMENT:
Sturdy bow and stern rails, mast pulpits, combined with high, double lifelines with gates on both starboard and port sides (new 2005) emphasize safe movement. There is a double anchor roller on the bow and a divided rode locker w/ additional deck pipe. Salt water washdown on the foredeck with new pump. A third anchor rode can be stored aft in a separate locker. Ten bronze opening ports and two large deck hatches w/ screens, in addition to the companionway w/ screened drop boards, allow for ventilation. Four traditional teak hand rails and chrome cowl vents w/ teak boxes accent very pleasant lines.

COCKPIT:
Edson pedestal mounted varnished teak steering wheel, compass and custom cockpit table with drink holders. A manual bilge pump is located near the helmsman seat and recessed storage cubbies are in the teak capped cockpit coamings. There is more storage aft of the helm area for additional ground tackle or lines/fenders. The large storage locker is located on the starboard side of the cockpit.
