Accommodations
The interior arrangement maximizes comfort for two couples or a family with additional sleeping available in the main salon. Both the owner's and guest cabins have private heads, owners with separate stall shower. The navigation center is in the aft cabin. The main living area, amidships, has a separate direct companionway from the mid-cockpit. The salon has an L-shaped settee to port and settee to starboard with entertainment center, bar counter and cupboard and wet locker. Raised lockers and double shelves are provided outboard of the seating. Salon cushions are beige and in like new condition. Double leaf teak dining table with drawers and top loading storage in the middle. Wine locker has custom hangers for wine glass storage.
All interior woodwork is attractively finished in varnished teak with a teak cabin sole with contrasting inlay. All locker doors are louvered and the drawers have matching teak faces. Most of the lockers have multiple shelves with fiddles substantially improving storage. Aft to port is a long galley with inboard and outboard counters.
The master stateroom is aft and full-width with centerline queen berth, settee and navigation station. Two tall deep lockers with shelves and double upper locker and single deep linen locker and six drawers. There are three additional storage lockers under the couch and navigation seat.
There is an owner's head with separate stall shower. The head is a electric fresh water flush unit with a dedicated holding tank.
The forward guest cabin has a full-width center double berth with storage under and private entry door to the forward head. There is a second head entry door for day access in the forward passageway. A tall, wide hanging locker to starboard is next to a seat for dressing or reading. Three are additional lockers to port.
The forward guest head has Corian sink counter, built-in sink, shower, electric fresh water flush toilet and full storage lockers. Full-length teak framed mirror. Teak shower grating.

ââ¬ÅMy experience with your company and especially Doug Jenkins is an exceptional one. Doug was not only very professional but gave the personal care to us that was above and beyond the expected level. Even though we had to go through some very trying episodes, Doug made them tolerable thanks to his caring attitude. The closing arraignments were handled with great efficiency and accuracy.
In conclusion, I can highly recommend your company and will do so to my boating friends. Doug should be considered your most valuable employee in my opinion and deserves any and all accolades you can give him. ââ¬Å Robert Singer, M. D.
