"Kochab" has just had a New 75hp Turbo Yanmar engine  installed (2015) with Warranty, fresh bottom paint (2015), new bimini and dodger (2015). 

Seakindly and sturdy bluewater boat!  Canoe stern, long fin keel with skeg-hung rudder with a classic sheer line for comfortable sailing performance. Solid hand laid fiberglass hull and robust construction.

Cutter rigged with running backstays, roller furling genoa, keel stepped aluminum mast with two spreaders and a 2 reef main resting on a boom gallows.   Sails in good condition, fully battened main with new sail cover,  genoa recently serviced, staysail, storm sail and spinnaker never used and in great shape.

Large aft cockpit with teak seating, NO TEAK DECKS, never had them, Solid stainless steel bow and stern rail, 3' stanchions and SS safety at mast provide safe passage on deck.  Equipped with good ground tackle. 

The interior storage is remarkable!  Electronics, exterior varnish and interior wood work, soft goods, portlights and updating needed.  This is a worthwhile project for the right person.
