"Tipsea II"  has 4'6" shoal draft wing keel perfect for Florida and Bahamas!  In mast furling main and roller furling genoa with lines leading to cockpit and traveler mounted on Hunter arch for ease of handling.  She has the factory upgrade option of a 29hp Yanmar and only has 500 hours!  

She has been updated with many custom features for extended cruising... solar panels, custom transom w/dingy rest, upgraded electric windlass and Rochna anchor, new dodger and additional 90 gals fresh water tank added.

She is well maintained and has just received fresh bottom paint, new cutlass bearing, re-packed stuffing box, prop re-pitched, new raw water pump and intake seacock, fresh water flush system for engine and new Jabsco head.  New 2016 Isotherm refrigeration.

Plenty of room for friends and family in the spacious shaded cockpit and 2 corner seats.  She can sleep 6 in the 2 private cabin/1 head layout.
