"Saucy" is a beautiful boat that has been lovingly cared for and updated by its owners. The interior teak wood work is highlighted with very nice dark blue cushions, recently reupholstered (2014). The cabin sole is teak and holly, also recently replaced (2013). The marine blue canvas was all replaced (with new frames) circa 2011 and includes mainsail cover, dodger, bimini, an all-glass connector (for better visibility when underway) and matching companionway zipped screen insert. New main halyard was installed 2015.

Forward is a comfortable v-berth with ample storage including open shelving, drawers, and some under-berth storage. The berth can be easily converted to full size sleeping area with a comfortable filler cushion (the current owners leave it this way full time). Moving aft, a portside private head includes a manual flush toilet, vanity with sink, shower capability and ample storage. Opposite on the starboard side, a hanging locker with shelf provides more than enough room for safety equipment, foul weather gear and several life jackets.

Moving further aft is the main salon with two settees, one of which converts to a double sleeping berth with a filler cushion. The large bulkhead mounted folding table offers ample room to enjoy a meal, including an open storage book rack mounted behind the table. A stereo system is located in the main cabin with in-cabin as well as cockpit speakers. Behind and beneath each settee are several large storage areas, typical of the efficient Sabre design. (Current owners were able to store supplies for a family of five for weeklong trips using these storage spaces.) Two water tanks are also stored underneath the settees.

The galley is aft of the salon on the port side, including a large ice chest, two burner CNG stove with fully functioning oven, a sink with manual or pressurized power faucet, and hot water option. Opposite the galley on the starboard side is the chart table, VHF radio, and a large quarter berth suitable for an adult or two small children. In the cockpit is a large deep portside storage locker and deep starboard aft lazarette. Two CNG tanks are also stored in the aft portside lazarette, and shallow shelf storage can be found under the starboard cockpit seat.
