32' Monterey 322 Cruiser

This is a lot of cruising boat for the money.  All services are up to date and the canvas is less than 6 months old.

The Monterey 322 Cruiser represents one of the most versatile layouts of any production model in this size range.  The expansive interior volume features two staterooms on opposite ends of the boat, allowing for maximum privacy for both owners and guests.  There is plenty of sleeping space on board, with a mid-cabin under the helm, a sofa in the salon which converts into a double berth, and of course the forward master berth.

The cockpit helm is equipped with the customary marine electronics positioned ergonomically for the discerning Captain with visibility from the helm being excellent both forward and aft.  The forward leaning fiberglass arch and clean style lines running from the bow to the trailing end of the swim deck provides the classic and timeless appearance that Montereys are known for.

The cockpit area offers an adjustable bench type helm seat with a dual companion bench seat.  The wet bar with sink aand ice maker is on the port side for handy refills and reduces traffic down below.  The spacious U-shaped lounge passenger seating is across on the starboard side with a seating aft along the transom and can quickly convert into a sun pad, and there is a removable table for dining.

The interior layout offers a well-equipped galley with storage on the port side and across to starboard is the single entrance fully enclosed head with toilet and hot shower compartment.  The dinette area is to starboard with the midship stateroom located directly under the bridge deck and the companionway entrance steps leading up to the cockpit area. 

Forward access to the bow is provided via steps integrated into the helm leading through the hinged opening in the center forward windshield.  Deck hardware is substantial both in quality and quantity being strategically located for ease of securing the vessel in docking and anchoring.  The diamond cut pattern deck non-skid is throughout and offers sure footing and ease of cleaning.

The transom door is positioned on the port side for access to the fiberglass swim platform which offers an integrated pull out and down swim boarding ladder and hot and cold transom shower.  This arrangement makes for a one straight line from swim platform to the companionway door, and that makes it easy when you’re bringing a week’s worth of groceries.  Abundant cockpit storage lockers, convenient catch bins, and drink holders are located throughout.

Owner regrettably has to pass this gem onto another loving owner at a deep discount as they have already purchased a much larger boat.  She has less than 560 hours on the hobbs with only 202 hours on the 5KW genset.
