Hanse, the well known German builder really hit it out of the park when building the 312 model.  

She's an elegant performance cruiser.  Designed by the International team of Judel/Vrolijk, famous for sistership and America's Cup winner, "Alinghi", "Ran" and others.  She's fast and responsive

This is a well engineered yacht with excellent sailing characteristics in a compact package.  She is extremely responsive and easy to sail, with her tiller steering, mainsheet control adjacent to the helmsperson, and self tacking jib.  She is so easy to tack or jibe--just flip the tiller over and she requires absolutely no sail adjustment on a reciprocal course.

She has never  been slept on or cooked in and shows like new.  Large sail locker twin rudders and extreme shoal draft with factory optional stainless steel centerboard.  Attention to detail is abundant.  Even the forward dock lines have a channel to stow the bitter ends below deck in the anchor well.

Refrigeration, Yanmar diesel engine, marine head and holding tank, Simrad instruments and gorgeous wood interior make the Hanse 312 stand out.  Two staterooms with full galley and nav station allow the Hanse 312 to be cruised comfortably.  Equally at home on the race course or cruising the Bahamas, the Hanse 312 is a well build versatile craft that will bring many years of enjoyable sailing to her new owners.
