Interior

The Silverton poularity is mostly due to her roomy accomodations and affordable pricing. Built on solid fiberglass hull with a relatively wide 14 ft beam, shallow keel for directional stability.

The Aft Deck is roomy, full width for several pieces of deck furniture, with access to walk port or starboard side to forward deck.. Step up to upper helm station for full nav panel and seating. The flybridge is arranged with guest seating aft of the helm .

From cockpit step down into the large main salon, with floor hatches to engine room.

Main Salon: This is a fairly large layout for a 40 footer. Large wrap around windows provide great lighting, and ventilation, and the open floor space easily accommodates love seats or lounge furnishings. Lockers, shelving, electrical panel, and outlets are a few of the cabin amenities.

Step down galley to port, dinette to starboard side. Galley has a newer upright full refrigerator, oven installed seems not operable, sink and lockers are abundant.

The dinette may be converted to a double berth to accommodate overnight guests.

Large aft stateroom has its own private head. walk around bed , lockers and shelves.

Forward V Berth roomy and comfortable-forward head is portside.

Additional features include a teak and holly galley sole, integral bow pulpit,and swim platform.
