Most long-time boaters know that Formula’s series of family cruisers are built to high standards, with high price tags. That’s certainly true of the Formula 40 PC, a high-end express cruiser designed for boaters looking for luxury and performance.

With her sleek styling and extended swim platform, the Formula 40 PC is as practical as she is handsome. It’s whats' below deck that sets the Formula 40 PC apart from much of the competition. Formula created a high-touch interior with high-gloss cherry joinery, Ultraleather upholstery, and top-quality hardware and furnishings. The result is a design with both luxury and comfort. An extra nice touch are privacy doors that separate both the forward stateroom and the aft cabin from the main cabin. Formula’s tall headroom gives the impression of a much larger boat.

Topside, an extended swim platform—sturdy enough to carry a jet bike—makes boarding easy. At the helm, a double flip-up seat allows the driver to drive while standing. A walk-through windshield, transom storage locker, and radar arch are standard.

The Formula 40 PC performs well in a chop with ample power from the twin Volvo Penta IPS500 diesel engines.
